This facility is run by really incompetent people. They seem to only want to fill this place. They do not have enough staff working & Im looking into the particulars of the staff:resident ratio. The Ministry of Labour will have answers. Since I have visited there several times I know that there is a staff shortage for all 3 shifts & I have seen how management treat their staff. I dont know why anyone would want to work for these people. They staff for the most part are kind & considerate to residents & each other but you can see how stressed they are .

this place has really gone down someone just died because the exit doors were open and fell down the steps, our parents got double dose of flushot how worse can it get,one wonders if they get medication at all, some one is dead the management is useless, 2 Directors of care who dont know what to do all the good people are leaving or have left they dont know how to treat staff with respect, chief operating officer the worst of them all she has no respect for anyone i dont know why the owners are letting it go on ! Dont take your loved one there !

Arbour Creek has a very nice and appealing setting and has lots to offer. The Recreational Therapists know all residents by name and take the time to talk to residents in groups and one on one. They have a wide variety of cognitive games to challenge and amuse the residents; they especially love it when the RT's read jokes aloud. The facility is very clean. The staff work hard daily to keep it clean and there are constantly workers cleaning the building. I have seen the workers serve the residents for a long period of time and the PSW's do a great job being positive and respectful to the residents. They use humour and have nice personalities. The food always looks and smells delicious and I've eaten it myself many times. They have a good variety of menus and food to eat as well. I would recommend this nursing home to anyone.
