The staff here are terrific. The homecare workers can't do enough for my parent. However, the place is not as clean as it should be- Sara lifts are never washed down and should be disinfected after every use. The dust in the rooms is ridiculous behind dressers and I have to personally scrub down the table tops. I have noticed that meal time is becoming somewhat more enjoyable as the staff offer choices to the residents and often the meals looks appealing. There were supposed to be some renovations going on, but it seems that they are on hold- too bad as the place desperately needs an update and refreshen. Taps drip constantly and I think it would be in everyone's best interest if they could fix them and save on water comsumtion. My parent iseems happy due to the incredible staff, but there are definitely issues.
