On June 21st, 2010 at 2:25PM wish to remain unamed posted the following:
My father was in this facility for 3 years and within the first 2 months there was left unattended in the bathroom (sitting on the flush) when he was completely paralized on one side (arm / leg) and had no short term memory. Because of his short term memory loss, he did not remember that he was paralized and therefore tried to get up. Of course he fell and broke his hip. I was not impressed. This was the icing on the cake, but even after that incident there were many more issues. I do not blame the staff, but believe because they were severly understaffed, most lost their compasion and therefore neglected to do there job properly and humanly. The administration were approachable, but I think most response to our complaints ended up in lip service. This is a sad situation and the true victims here are the residents.
