This facility has some wonderful nurses. However, that is about as far as I can go with the praise. The Administration Staff is horribly disorganized, self-serving and very unprofessional. They have allowed disgusting medical neglect of their residents, have purposefully over-medicated residents and have removed incriminating paperwork from resident files. I speak from first hand knowledge as my family member has resided there. They are disgraceful, and Revera (the corporate office) has done nothing to respond to my concerns. Do not ever send your loved ones here. Ever.
