I do not feel it is 100% safe when the doors have the entry key on them... There are some strange people out there looking to take advantage of people who are challenged. Often the front desk is void of staff. The ratings I'm sure depend on the room,or area our loved one is in. I, for one, think personal items like teeth , glasses, shoes should be checked for at the end of the day by the caregiver for that patient. It can be very expensive always replacing things or products that get legs.
