The staff are very friendly, helpful and above all caring. The staff treat the residents like family, hugs and laughter are a common occurrence. The attention to medical issues and daily requirements are exceptional and top notch. When you come into the facility, you are met with smiles and familiar faces which is not common in most facilities considering turnover and labour shortages. The rooms could be a bit bigger, other than that, it is a one of a kind long term care facility.
