This home severly lacks communication. Within the first 2 weeks of my mother being a resident I found pills on the floor in her room 4 times. She has fallen 4 times. Was over charged for her medications. And found the secure door lodged open. Here room bathroom was so dirty I spent 20 minutes just cleaning the toilet seat. When ever an issue was raised nothing was done until I spoke to upper management. I pray for the day that my mother is transferred to another facility.
