The Facility is very bright and modern looking and is in a suitable location for me in North Mississauga. I understand that this type of work is not easy and can be challenging but I find that the care staff is less patient and compassionate than at a previous retirement residence that my parent was in.

I am very pleased with the care my mother is receiving at the home. I have had some concerns but they have been addressed and dealt with quickly. I have asked for help in several instances and have found that my requests have been met. The care of the elderly is a job that requires much patience and a sense of humour and I find that the staff at the home really tries to do the best possible job.
