I have an uncle that is staying at this nursing home. I find the staff to be very unprofessional, and irritating. I know the type of work they do is very challenging, and not everyone can do it. But that should not excuse them from their duties. The staff always talk over you. They don't listen to anything you have to say. They are always putting their words into your mouth. They are loud and obnoxious. I understand working in those conditions might make a stone of their heart, but again, that doesn't excuse them from performing their duties to the vulnerable patients.

The most important aspect of any long term facility is the staff. The majority of the staff are very friendly and try to help, but they all seem to be overworked and there never seems to be enough staff, on duty - therefore residents often must wait for services/
