Physically, the place is smelly (worse in the summer) and not clean enough compared to other places. The nurses are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The aides, not always so, and have been unnecessarily rude to my quiet passive little mother. Also, I witnessed her roommate on the toilet for over one hour, waiting for the aide to come who had been rung twice. Looking for another place for my mother.
On September 19th, 2011 at 3:26PM Daughter posted the following:
My Dad was left in his bed for 2 days with no care and was bad condition when we called an ambulance. He had not been given his medication for two weeks and was severely dehydrated. A formal complaint was lodged with the Min of Health. Send no one you love there!!!!!!!!!
