Resident Care is my main concern rather than how wonderful the facilities look. Don't get me wrong, both are important, but care should come first. I found in this home, they were very understaffed and resident care suffered greatly. Not only that, but staff complained about staff to resident family members and turnover was very high. This is a for profit facility which means they are in it to make money, unlike municipal facilities. Staffing levels seem higher in municipal facilities. Although my Mother was not totally "with it" and could not communicate in the end, her level of care seemed to drop as the days drew to the end.
