THE HOME NEEDS FRIENDLIER NURSES. NIGHT TIME IS THE WORSE, NURSES ARE NEVER ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND. PATIENTS HAVE BRUISES, BUT ITS ALWAYS THE PATIENTS FAULT, BUT WITNESSED A NURSE YANKING ON PATIENTS ARM AND NOTICED COUPLE DAYS LATER IT WAS BRUISED. GUESS ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THE HOME NEEDS NEW STAFF.

The staff, administrator included are terrible. There is no head nurse, only an administrator with a clerical back ground who pretends to be a nurse. Very low number of staff.
