ovarall I am very pleased with the PSW's and the Nurces they are ery caring and just wonderful they make you feel like Family. The Doctor is just wonderful and is available for the Family's once a week if anything should arise. The food is ok but very repetative... I think they could do a better job cleaning the floors always look dusty and not shiney. However I do find some of the management staff not very friendly. When you see them they are very quick to walk the other way this is not good it does not make you feel comfortable, a simple hello.. is all it takes. Families are also dealing with the change of leaving there loved one behind and they should make us feel welcome.
