This company is strictly a business and the profits are the only motivator here. Management is ill prepared to actually deal with families. They are unable to keep staff, hence, its like a revolving door. Residents are the last think on anyone's mind there (with the exception of the very few left from before the facility was taken over by Revera). The mandate and mission statement are jokes. Sounds like very good values, but in practice, bears no resemblance. They are barely able to manage normal aging residents and should not be allowed to manage younger people afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis. They have done a great disservice to my sister and others there, who are perfectly willing to talk, but not to anyone there, as it will make no difference to the agenda this management group has. If Revera cares so much, why aren't they open to evaluations of management and staff, by an outside authority.
