Although this home isn't perfect, I genuinely believe staff are committed to making changes that impact patient care in a positive fashion. The amount of time and work that goes into meeting client demands along with trying to keep up with The Ministry of Health's and Long term-care's guidleines is amazing.

Lady Isabelle has wonderful staff. They (All--from the front offices right to the back offices) work together to make the residents feel safe and loved. They always wear a smile, which is nice to see. The meals are excellent. Well above the normal servings. Lady Isabelle offers more than a home: It is a family who cares.
