My mother was sent to this facility in January, a week later she had a black eye that I was not told about by the home, and a week following that she was rushed to the hospital with a brain fracture. When I tried to find out what had happened with the first injury, there was not a person on staff that could tell me. The doctor in this facility had put my mother on medication that I had not been told about.When I had placed my complaint with the compliance officer, I was told that the incidents had occurred without a member of the staff witnessing the events, so therefore, there was really no information to give me.

my mother was in this home for 5 years and she was well cared for. The staff are great and the building clean and comfortable.

The staff is treated very poorly. Often ostracized in open areas. PSW staff treating their co-workers poorly. Condescending and curt with residents. Multiple staff members on smoking breaks. Staff is rude when asked a question about a family member.
