did not appreciate that told "we hose them down 2 times a week" and if the family needs to take them out on special occassion we hose them down for that These are human beings not cattle - people seemed low and not happy just there to be there not a loving exp rooms not good - dingy and the basic room is a cramped room with pulled curtains not a choice to place a loved one
