Menno Hospital is broken up into three different parts (W2, E1 and E2). My Loved one is in W2 and it is an awful place. It is the oldest part of Menno Hospital and in need of a major overhaul (but should be replaced). Rooms are small with sometimes two or three people in a room barely big enough for one person. Many rooms have as many as 4 people sharing a bathroom. People of all kinds of ability are mixed together creating a feeling of an insane asylum for the residents that have all the faculties. Residents are left to fend for themselves. If they call out no one comes. Some staff are great but most are poorly trained and don't know how to treat residents with respect.

Frontline care staff, care aides and lpns, not able to deliver proper patient care due to overwhelming workloads put upon them. I.e. laundry, kitchen duties etc. Direct patient care, hugely declined. Do not send your loved one here!
