This is the worst facility ever. Right from the top down - Social worker, Manager and Head Nurse. It is an all girls club - who are so paranoid all they do is take steps to cover their butts - instead of taking care of the clients/families in a respectful manner. I have been trying since April to get my loved one out of this danagerous and abusive place - however, the Alberta Transition Nurses keep saying their hands are tied. The whole system is rotting and no one higher up (including MLA's) just close their eyes to it. There is no compansion for the elderly. Society is based on how we treat those vulnerable - and man are we in trouble!
