The staff at PV Manor have gone above and beyond when they can to go the extra mile for Mom and have become good friends to us. Unfortunately (due to our lovely government) they are short staffed alot of the time and Mom can only get limited physio, which is really sad. Also, when Mom presses the call bell, alot of the time it gets cut off without anyone asking if she is ok. She is down at the end of a hallway, has MS and can easily choke, so this is UNACCEPTABLE. I've mentioned it a few times over the years, but it doesn't seem to change. Most people are great. Some need to be enlightened about MS and the risks to my Mother. All in all, it's been a great experience and I would definately recommend the facility to other people to other people.
