I was here on Wed Oct 26 for a tour. It is owned by the Region of Halton. Wow wow wow. Beautiful place, and quiet. I didn't hear anybody making noises. Each floor and wing has a doctor, lots of rn's and psw's and they said HI to us. Tours are every Wed and Fri at 3:30, and every 2nd Sat of the month at 11:15 am. Every Wed and Sun between 3 and 4 is happy hour. I couldn't believe it; wine, beer, gin, vodka and rum and pop for a mixed drink and only $3.00. The rooms are big and comes with and armoire and 3 drawer dresser no built ins to make it look more spacious. The dining room tables have tablecloths on them, I couldn't believe it and its split in two instead of one big room and the kitchen is in between. The shower and bath areas are big and clean and usually two psw's do that. I just can't say anything bad about this place. I seen the lock down floor for the wanderers and that was nice too and no smell! And the choices for breakfast WOW! Lunch and dinner are the two choices when they bring them to you. If there is something wrong with a resident or employee they want to know right away. Open communication. Just FAB!
