Very spacious clean facility. Unfortunately, professional staff on the floor was largely new and inexperienced, had a poor knowledge base about geriatrics in general and about my parent in particular. Assigned physician was available and friendly, but lacked basic knowledge about managing chronic conditions that should be easy for someone working with a geriatric population. Overall, our experience there was poor as a result. A bouquet though, to the older, experienced HCA's, who went out of their way to compensate for the lack of attention from professional staff. Our impression was that they were overworked and under appreciated.
