Working there as well as having loved ones as residents there, St. Ann's is continually improving care and working to better the quality of life for each of their residents. They are fortunate to have a dietician on staff that works closely with the nursing department and food services to provide the diets/textures needed to improve care issues. Housekeeping is up to date on all infection control issues and keeps the rooms exceptionally clean, with very few episodes of odor. Nursing practices resident-centered care, and works closely with each family and their loved one.Not having a separate dementia wing, the staff does exceptionally well working with challenging behaviors. There is always activity at St. Ann's, music, kids, pets and a variety of things happening on a daily basis, the activity area seems to be continually busy. The facility is bright, well lighted, and pleasant.
