the people who work at taigh na mara run the facility. the residents are basically living in the workers envirnoment. the workers 'are' working for the residents. however it does not work like that at this nursing home. some of the workers are good but the bad workers are the people you hear about. the bad workers also use the 'union' to the ultimate. i also realize that no matter what the workers do or don't do at theis home, that the caregivers are 'alway's wrong. the storys go on and on.
