My mother has been there for 3 yrs and I've never encountered a problem. They speak to her, or touch her every time they pass by. She is very deaf and can't see well but she knows she is cared about there. She has told me many times that she is happy there. My mother is 98. Staff is quick to contact me if there is any kind of problem. They also follow up quickly. It is a small, intimate "family" home and I would highly reccommend this place.
