THE CONSTANT TURNOVER OF STAFF IS VERY DANGEROUS AND CONFUSING TO THE RESIDENTS AND THOSE VISITING THEM. THE MAJORITY OF THE WORKERS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE RESIDENTS' NEEDS OR DEBILITATIONS. SOME WORKERS (OBVIOUSLY CONCERNED ONLY ABOUT THEIR POCKETBOOKs) ARE APATHETIC, BELIGERENT AND ABSOLUTELY UNCONCERNED ABOUT THE WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS.
