Unfortunately, the villa minto likes to put up a nice front when people from the outside come in. The management and most staff are there for the wrong reasons. This place feels more like an institution than a home and the dignity of the residents is not a priority. As long as everything looks good on paper all is well. Families opinions are not welcomed and after being there for a few months residents loose there spirits from the lack of stimulation. I would not want my family members in there. Prisoners have more rights than our seniors. Don't want to grow old.
