On October 5th, 2010 at 4:57PM Jan Walkeden posted the following:

My mother is unambulatory and in the alzheimers unit. She was left on the toilet, UNATTENDED for a period of 15 minutes. They found her on the floor of her room. She was taken to the hospital, where she had a broken hip, and swollen left knee. She is 85 yrs old and thankfully survived surgery. She now has a plate and a pin in her left hip. There is NO EXCUSE they can give me for leaving her unattended for this period of time.
