This facility should not be open. The staff is well under knowledgable, ignorant, and just plane mean whewn it comes to their residents. The abuse and neglect is horrific. Completely untrainted staff. The ones that are trained are so rude and unfriendly, they are completely unapproachable.

Vita PCH is well-maintained and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The residents always appear to be well looked after and content. The above comment is very unfair and anyone making such a strong comment should be big enough to put their name to it and learn to spell properly.
