Considering some of the places out there in Scarborough this place is good. It does need better food, no taste to alot of the food. If you have a problem with resident care by the staff talk to the director of care. But there will be a back lash and back stabbing regarding the family member who complained about the care......been there. My parent passed away.....but we did complain when nurses were rude and did not take my parent out of the wheel chair when they were suppose to after 2 hours not 4 hours causing back pain and I asked three didfferent nurses to put parent back in bed.
