My mother was a resident of Wyndham Manor for about 2 years and died in 2006. She entered the residence around the time it opened. She received excellent care and the staff were wonderful with her and her family. In particular, the head nurse of her unit, and the PSWs became her friends and advocates. 6 staff attended her funeral including the director of care. The RNs were truly amazing in their ability to react to her emergencies and eventual death.
