My mom was a resident at this facility for over four years until her death last December. The staff were very supportive of my mom even during the first few months when she was feeling very stressed and exhibiting some challenging behaviours. They realized what would make her feel calmer, e.g., ice cream and talking about her spiritual beliefs and used these very effectively.
